This project’s brief was to produce a family home with connected living spaces on the ground floor. An extension was added on the ground floor to the rear to allow space for an open plan kitchen, dining and living space. This also links to the front living space but offers an ability to be closed off for privacy and separation when required.

The kitchen also included a hidden W/C and Utility space by using a false cupboard as a doorway through to the space behind.

Works were also completed on the attic floor to create a master suite including a master bedroom, en-suite and dressing room. The cladding was added to visually tie the ground floor and the attic dormer together to ensure the external aesthetic followed the same design language.
