This project was a large ground floor extension to extend the kitchen and replace an existing conservatory with a more useable and flexible space. The extension works have been designed to be built in phases to allow additional flexibility for the client. The extension was to also incorporate housing for the large hot-tub and spa facilities. A combination of large bi-fold and sliding doors as well as 2 large roof lanterns ensures the space will always be light and spacious.
