Kirkstall Road

Southport

As with many properties this project had a conservatory that was either too hot or too cold for the vast majority of the year so the main objective was to design a space which retained the light and airy feel whilst providing the home with a room that can actually be enjoyed year round.

The second portion of the project was a small larder, utility and down stairs shower room to improve our clients way of life and future proof the home for years to come.

Services: Sketch design, Planning Permission, Building Regulations

Brief:  Provide a useable, bright airy space over looking the garden and ground floor utility / shower room.

Project Type: Semi-detached, house extension, orangery, utility, larder, residential, roof lantern, bi fold doors.
